HSEQ POLICY

 

HSEQ policy of our company:

 

​· Policy in the field of quality, health and safety at work and environmental protection, through which the strategic objectives and the management system adopted by management are implemented, applied and maintained at all levels, especially and in detail by the staff involved in these actions;
· The policy in the field of quality, safety and health at work and environmental protection, as well as the opportunity to review it are analyzed, at least annually, during the analysis meetings held by management;
· Protecting the environment, by preventing pollution, by applying the best existing techniques and by conserving resources, is one of our main concerns;
· Our main goal is to monitor and improve the satisfaction of our customers and all stakeholders.

 

 

 

Quality policy:

 

The fundamental objective of the company is to satisfy the explicit and implicit requirements of its customers. The materialization of this policy is achieved by designing, implementing and maintaining

quality management system that makes it possible to achieve the following basic objectives:
· The realization and maintenance of the quality of the services provided so that the explicit and implicit expectations and needs of the clients are fully satisfied, taking into account the conditions imposed by the organization and the environment;
· The increase of the organization's reputation and the construction of an image of its excellence on the market to be determined by the class of services provided;
· The planned and harmonious development of internal processes, aiming at maximizing their efficiency;
· The organization to provide objective evidence on which to rely on customer confidence in the ability to identify, prevent and treat any non-compliance of the services provided;
· Staff should be assigned specific responsibilities and be motivated to increase their interest in customer relations and their commitment to implementing the organisation's quality policy, to meeting customer expectations and to continuously improve the quality of the service provided.
